At the end of 2014 the Child Rights Centre began the process of certification of the quality management system under the standard ISO 9001:2008. During the first quarter of 2015 the quality management system was introduced in the organisation, Centre’s staff completed the training, verification of internal control of the system established, as well as the external check of the body for certification and monitoring the quality system (JUQS)
During the process of introducing the quality management system under the ISO 9001:2008 standard, through advance of all the processes in the organisation, the Child Rights Centre has arranged a setting the organisation to function in accordance with this standard. In this way the Centre has additionally secured its partner role in cooperation with various donours/partners. Continual advance of the quality management system is our commitment and obliges us to a constant review our own work and ongoing improvement of the realised activities and betterment of our results, because the quality is our goal.
