On Thursday 30 April 2015 the Child Rights Centre organised the promotion of its new publication – “EDUCATIONAL MEASURE OF INTENSIFIED SUPERVISION IN ANOTHER FAMILY: model of implementation in foster families – Manual for professionals and foster parents/ other families where the measure of intensified supervision in another family is being implemented”. The promotion was organised in cooperation with Institute for Criminological and Sociological Researches, within the project “Family for Every Child”, funded by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Belgrade.
In order to achieve full respect and implementation of the rights of minors who are in the criminal protection system, the Child Rights Center has initiated and contributed to the further development of foster care as a specific service of the social protection system, from the aspect of the possibilities of implementation of a specific criminal sanction – educational measure of intensified supervision in another family. With this purpose a manual was developed and presented at the promotion.
