Protecting child victim of trafficking in the light of the reform projects of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Interior – Seminars

In Belgrade in November and December 2012 held were two rounds of the Seminar: Protecting child victims of trafficking in the light of the reform projects of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Interior aimed at considering the position of the child victim of trafficking in human beings in the system of protection of abused and neglected children; implementation of the General Protocol for the Protection of child Abuse and Neglect and the Special Protocol on the Police Officers procedures to protect minors from abuse and neglect, in specific cases, in order to strengthen the two systems for application of the protocols and to determine their mutual cooperation; capacity building of professionals that is based on the principle of the rights of the child adopted by the their daily work.

Seminars were organized by the Child Rights Centre, in cooperation with the the OSCE Mission in Serbia and the Austrian Fund for Development.
