Child Rights Centre, with the support of IMG (International Management Group) in the period from March to September 2012 provided consulting services related to the support to the working group appointed by the Serbian Ministry of Justice to draft bylaws which will be preceded by the adoption of amendments to the Law on Juvenile Offenders and Criminal Protection of Juveniles.
Drafts of the: Rules of the content and keeping of records and statistics on specific corrective orders and pronounced educational measures, security measures and juvenile imprisonment, the Regulations on the Implementation of detention and Regulations on the juvenile detention measures were submitted to the relevant ministry and IMG office representative on 15 September 2012.
